EXCHANGE POLICY

At ENVI, each piece is locally handcrafted with exceptional care using delicate guipure and lace fabrics.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cash reimbursements, or payment reversals under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered. Requests submitted after the delivery date will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The item must be free from perfume, odors, makeup stains, damage, alterations, or any signs of wear.

• Sale items, promotional purchases, custom orders, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION

Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted pieces, all exchange requests are subject to a mandatory quality control inspection.

The item must first be returned to ENVI for inspection. Once received, our team will carefully assess the garment to ensure it meets our exchange requirements.

ENVI reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, staining, odors, alterations, or any condition that makes it unsuitable for resale. ENVI's decision following inspection shall be final.

SHIPPING COSTS

The client is responsible for the cost of returning the original item to ENVI for inspection.

STORE CREDIT

If the replacement item is of a lower value than the original purchase, the difference will not be refunded. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit and may be used toward a future purchase with ENVI.

If the replacement item is of a higher value than the original purchase, the difference will be collected upon delivery.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective or different from the item ordered, you must notify ENVI on the day of delivery and provide clear photos for review. After verification, ENVI will determine the appropriate resolution.

By completing a purchase with ENVI, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Exchange Policy.
